Over 15 years of experience in B2B Business development and aviation industry and took part in founding 3 different companies in recruitment, social data mining and E-learning platform. Philippe is new technology and innovation convinced.

Graduated with two MA programs at the Lille Institute of Political Studies (France) and Aston University (UK) in 2006, then Officer in the French Navy as Deputy Head of Cabinet in a Prime Minister Department of France until 2013. Today Elise is leading the Butterfly Training project.

In his role at Butterfly Training, Allan combines his Sales and Marketing background with a passion for aviation, training and student development. Together with his role as Sales and Marketing Manager for the Butterfly Training Irish Market Allan is a fully qualified Commercial Pilot and Flying Instructor.

Darren provides 20+ years of aircraft leasing and trading experience in the industry, Darren is Director at Butterfly Training Ltd Ireland and he is approved as Security Trainer with the IAA (Irish Authorities). Darren also develops Butterfly Training US office throughout his wide aviation network.

Pedro has more than 15 years of experience in the airline business. He joined Butterfly Training in 2012. His extensive experience includes airline marketing, Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR), the Aviation Security (AVSEC) and much more….

Pascal has a large back ground in the aviation industry, he has an expertise in complex exploitation context, training processes and he is IATA accredited instructor. Pascal was previously Deputy General Manager for IFMA (Europe Handling Group) and he is now part of Butterfly’s expert strategic committee.

Since 15 years, Jean-Louis is an International Security Expert. He was Head of Security for Paris-CDG and Paris-Orly airports in the General Directorate for French Civil Aviation. He was appointed Security auditor by the European Commission and ICAO and has participated to many airport audits throughout the word. He is now part of Butterfly team.
